Naoki has over 20 years of experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry. Since February 2026, he has been seconded from Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Remiges Ventures. In the clinical development function, he has worked as a clinical research associate, team leader, and product chair, overseeing a wide range of oncology clinical trials from Phase I through Phase III. His experience includes study planning, protocol development, and supporting regulatory approval based on clinical trial results. He holds a Master’s degree in Life Science and Technology from Tokyo Institute of Technology (now Institute of Science Tokyo).
