Company Creation

Remiges Ventures creates new companies based on intellectual properties from the Japanese academia. Historically Japan has been the globe’s third richest source of biopharma seed technologies. We create companies based on innovative science and seed products, manage the company formation stage by RDiscovery, an incubator that we manage and move the product development towards the Series A stage. RDiscovery also has its own research activities through collaborations with academic institutions and CROs to validate hypotheses and evaluate assets from multiple angles.

Early Stage Investment

Remiges Ventures takes a lead position for the syndication of Series A or later stage of investment rounds globally. Remiges Ventures’ team is connected with KOLs in various therapeutic areas, serial entrepreneurs, key consultants and pharma BD people. We the Remiges team actively participate in the value creation for its portfolio companies.
